Annual membership Dues $35 and due on the anniversary of the date you joined the VFW or the date of annual renewal.

We host our meetings at the post every 2nd Thursday of the month. The meeting begins promptly at 7:00 PM (1900 hrs), so we suggest you come a little early and plan to hang out after!

A VFW meeting is the regular business meeting of the post. This is where the membership decides on what they are going to do, how they're going to do it, and what happens with the post finances.

To qualify for membership in the VFW you MUST meet the following TWO requirements:

1: Honorable Service – must have served in the Armed Forces of the United States and either received a discharge of Honorable or General (Under Honorable Conditions) or be currently serving.

2: Service in a war, campaign, or expedition on foreign soil or in hostile waters*. This can be proven by any of the following:

- An authorized campaign medal (see a full list of qualifying medals and badges)
- Receipt of Hostile Fire Pay or Imminent Danger Pay (verified by a military pay statement)
- Service in Korea for 30 consecutive or 60 non-consecutive days

Currently, we do not in Crosby, however, our sister post in Baytown has both & they love visitors!
You can find them at vfw912.org

The Crosby VFW post is non-smoking.  Smoking is permitted outside, but none inside.
